Leo Erato Lynch – A los Viñateros Bravos. Chilean winemaker working with a small cooperative of growers in order to help them to earn more than what the Big Bodegas are buying normally. Very old vines of Pais , Carignan and Cinsault to make fantastic country wines.

Louis-Antoine Luyt, a French guy making wine in Chile for more than 10 years in a very natural way and trying to preserve very old vines brought by the Europeans, conquistadores, and missionaries when they discover South america.

Manuel Moraga – Cacique Maravilla, owns 15 hectares of witch there are 7 of more than 250 years old pais grapes.
